Pretty sure that I know the answer to this, but I'm going to ask anyway...

I couldn't find it written anywhere in the supplement, but are we allowed to use the same HQ for multiple formations?

No model can be part of more than one detachment, so no.

The relevant rule is page 118, paragraph 4 of the BRB

That being said, you can still have multiple detachments with only one HQ choice, providing you pick formations without HQ choices .
