I do not like your blasters on gunboats. In case you'll need to shoot a tank, you'll be wasting all the poison shots, if shooting at infantry, 1 S8 shot won't change your day... With that 45pts you could bring the kab up to 10 per unit. And splinter cannons, with 10 kab in rapid fire distance you'll have 20 TL shots, would those 4 more make a big difference to pay for?
Also, imo too many night shields...you are spending 120pts for them, you could take a whole unit of scourges instead. Your choice, but mainly on planes they are useless to me. If you jinx you lose the entire next turn, possibly going back to reserve.
At last, what are your plans for wracks? They are worse than grots in assault, they are worse that blasterborn in shooting, and they cost the same. You have an haemy, so I could guess he will join them. With this codex I think the only viable use for them is the scalpel formation with 2 units on venom.

I probably agree with the blasters on gunboats, but fielding blasterborn is a lot of effort to field all the blasters, however there are 10 kabs per unit and I think nightshield works wonders as it will give a 3+ jink on raiders and also means that the razorwing won't have to jink so it can fire.

I'd trade the Wracks for Grots.

Haemy HQ wouldn't be bad, having it go Furious Charge on turn 2. Though a Succubus with a Glaive may give it some sweet AP2.

Wait wait, on razorwing night shields give 3+ cover ONLY if they jink, otherwise it would be 6+...
Imo night shields are working fine if your table has lots of cover, so you can hide in a ruin with shields for a 3+, it's not worth spending 15pts to have a 6+ on planes.

Also, 5 trueborn with 4 blasters on a raider with NS and DL (your setup) cost 190pts, 10 more than wracks for 4 S8 VP2 lance shots instead of a S3 random template. Of course wracks are more survivable, but if you field them for the template, just take a court with medusae, far more effective.
Sorry but I just do not see the point in spending 180pts on wracks (plus 115 for the haemy) to have 2 random templates in a unit not that good in assaulting and not that good in shooting...mainly if you say it's a competitive tourny list.

I'd like to add that there is no point in taking a Realspace Raiders Detachment if you're only taking 2 FA choices. Might as well make it a CAD and give your Kabalites ObSec.
