Valedor formation?

Hi,

I dont know if it's the right place to post this. I found on a website a formation for the Harlequins: The Great Troupe (Warzone: Valedor)

Did someone tried it? Is it legit to use it in a 40k game or only for apocalypse?

The formation looks quite powerful: blind can be a nice tool against necrons.
