Revenant Titan @ 1500pts

Ideas for pure DE to run with a DE Revenant at 1500 points please?

seems a bit excessive to plonk a revenant but ok

you have 2 venoms, 2 blasters 3/4 heat lances and a blaster precision dropping and 2 pulsars(top kek) for 1500 pts.

After a few hours of playing, I came up with this.

Revenant - 900

Dark Artisan Formation 395pts
Cronos: Spirit Probe
Haemy: Agoniser, CCW, Sump and WWP
Talos: Ichor and Splinter Cannon

My suggestion - it's a waste of time.

The game is so heavily imbalanced that it's not worth playing. No other SH can compete at this points value. The only way to mKe it worse is with a sky shield and farseer

Waste of time? Because you think the Revenant is too good?

I used one of my 2 revenants (had them both 10+ years) at a 1750 tourney and tabled all 4 enemies on the day in 4 turns or less - white scar bikers, jet seer council, adamantine lance and draigo star. I have won my share of events and this was the least rewarding. I even felt a little guilty.

4 shot large blast D + 36" move then charge with stomp along with a secondary weapon to engage a 3rd target is ridiculous damage output. 9HP with a 4++++ (essentially) before you use a sky shield makes it even sillier.

It's one of the silliest SH for its points available.

It's not unbeatable at all but a competent general should have little to fear when using it.

I've only used mine once in 7th and it was against Nids. He had 3 flyers and I got tabled on Turn 3. Kind of assumed that it wasn't that powerful after the "D" nerf. Maybe I just had a bad roll game.
