| I want to get to 1000 points. I don't know what is good upgrade wise as I haven't got a chance to play dark eldar yet.

| That will get you 1000. Just get like 10 more warriors and you'll be all set. Wwp archon with blasterborn in raider, 1 gun boat, 4 warriors in Venoms with blasters, reavers with caltrops, haywire scourges | |

As has been said you've got a good start and I'd generally follow the same approach. You've got a fairly good base to build up from. A few more warriors might be needed. | Nice start.
I would pass over the reavers (i've found they are not points wise in 1000 pts games and they are not so easy to use) to arrange more "5men with blaster on a boat venom"
Also, for my orientation i would prefer 1 more ravager and 1 less raider.
Avoid 5 blasterborn on a venom. They're magnetic to enemy fire. | |

| That's why you put five true born with Blaster in a Raider with night shield. Unless you fight against Mr ignore cover they are great. Soaking so much enemy firepower, that's worth it

| I know it, however in current meta "ignore cover" it's pretty common.
Tau band everything that blaze flames. And spehss merlins love purificating flames. | |
