Jetbikes and Charges

Are jetbikes in general slowed by difficult terrain when charging? The wording even looks as though you can charge through units what you do you guys think?

I would argue that they are not slowed but they must still take a dangerous terrain check. The second question I'm not sure about.

EDIT: I do believe though I would be at the initiative 1 step though.

If they have to cross difficult terrain they do so with no penalty and strike at Initiative.

If the enemy is IN difficult terrain, they still assault with no penalty, but I believe they'd still do so at I1.

In either event, as Skilled Riders they auto pass Dangerous Terrain tests.

I was more worried about my harlequin bikes, I been using the bike formation with them.
