If you try to download it without purchase, you may have problems finding the right version because they named it the same as the old version, with nothing to distinguish between them.

And yes, despite GW having just opened it's 100th store here, they don't have a US store for their forge world line so you will have to deal with conversions rates and overseas shipping.
