Swedish tournament scene

I'm from Sweden and as I'm new to the game, I've been looking around at the large tournaments held in Sweden and noticed most tournaments use two systems to balance and limit the game, the "Swedish 40k Comp System" and "Easy Comp", as well as a non-ITC based rule interpretation called SvFAQ.

As I'm a new player and don't really know what to think, has anyone run into these before? What are your thoughts on them? Links added below (all in English)

I have never run into this. I have HEARD of it but yeah i wish i had more to offer. I am going to look these links over though and datamine.

I do note how out of date this FAQ is. is there a newer version?

I ran my Sisters of Battle force through this with no changes. it was 18

No, that is the newest SvFAQ, released August last year.
