It might be a difference in iphone vs android. What kind of phones do you guys have?

Same. I did tech support and IT work for several years. I routinely help my mother with her computer and technology issues. But then she hands me her iphone, and suddenly I'm an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, "What sort of blasphemous alien technology is this, you heretic!?"
