Anyway if it IS true, then Mr. Kirby (GW CEO) should "boot on the butt" someone. Mind You, THEY were "mugged", not CH. They have exactly 0% reason to NOT release their stuff while CH does. The hell?
This is just unreasonable.

| It shouldn't be true but it probably is. As soon as legal issues pop up everyone adopts a wait and see in case it affects them (the usual cover your ass tactic).
GW should work on building good customer relations rather than as someone else put it, acting like Golem and saying my precioussss whilst trying to fend off any competition with a large legal stick. | |

| I agree with Sir Tainly on this. GW tends to try and big the boy bully on the block and this appears that it may have finally came back to bite them. I for one am glad. Maybe they will finally learn from their mistakes instead of just plowing on like nothing happened. _________________

| I think that lack of competence/will (of lawers) is main reason IF that actually happen. This would be actually argument against GW in court ("but they abandoned their IP!").
I highly doubt so. However good spanking would be... good for hobby, spankety spankety spankety (+200 to coolness if You get that quote without using Google). | |
