Dark Eldar Noob, 750 pts vs Space Marine

Hello!
My friend got me to start playing warhammer 40k and I have just gotten my first squad of warriors and paints =D.
As the title says I'll be making a list against a Space Marine player at 750 pts. We decided to not make super competitive armys but I want to stand a chance!
My friend told me abit about his army:
Captain
3 Small Marine squads
1 Sternguard squad
1 Land speeder
1 Small Devastator squad

My thoughts so far to counter:
HQ
Succubus

Troops
1 10 man Warrior squad in a Raider
2 5 man Warrior squads covering flanks

Elite
Incubi squad in a Raider (Joined by the Succubus)

Heavy Support
Talos

And maybe try some Venom if I have points for it
Any feedback or advice would be awesome and much appreciated!
