Talos Conversion

So, I got really inspired by Mycas awesome conversion and decided I should make a Talos out of some of my spare bits and a carnifex. But now that I've made the head and arms Im stuck on what i should do with the breathing vents on the back. I do like the idea of making some sort of breathing appratis as to control the oxygen(or whatever other gas tyranids might run on) in case of a loss of control.

Now to the thing I'd like some tips about, what should it look like. First i was on the idea of making it in the style of the Venom/boat railing. But then i thought about maybe making it look like a series of horizontal Coven masks with connecting tubes that later runs down to some box on the carnifex Talos back.

The second thing I'd love to get some idea about is the box-thingy. I've looked thought the kits I have and I can't really find any inspiration of how a heami box could look like.

And if I figure out how to post an image that could come aswell.
