Wraithknight in a Frightnight

A payday is coming and with that, force expansion. I collect Ynnari centered around DE with a bit of Craftworld support (like Rangers) and I was wondering if Wraithknight is a worthy buy. He got a hefty point spike (around 600 points with two Starcannons) but looks more durable and he packs a huuge ranged punch. Have any of you tested them out? Are they worth investing some cash? Aside from aesthetics of course, they look awesome.

We're only playing relatively low point games at the moment so I think a Wraithknight might not be welcome but I'm looking forward to testing 2 x Heavy Wraithcannon out.

I will be playing around mostly 2-3k points, so a super heavy will not be a rare sight in my playgroups.

At 2K, I'm not really feeling the need for the WK. If you're going to spend 600 points on the thing for 2x Star Cannons, check out the Scorpion for 670 with Bright Lance.

I'm not looking for a replacement, I was considering it mostly due to aesthetic reasons and was wondering if it was worth the points.

Then the honest answer from me would be no. I think for the points you can literally have 3 full boats of Warriors or 3x Hemlocks instead, and those are far more useful units.

If you're looking for a damage sponge that's constantly Fortuned by a Farseer, maybe, but it will depend on the rest of your list.

Suncannon might be worthwhile now, I would look at that first.
