Which obsession for this list pleasE?

This is an Escalation, 5PL being added every increment, so will be adding 2 Raiders over the next 2 increments. Obviously I've listed Obsidian, but can't decide whether it's really better than Flayed Skull or not?

Depends to some extent on how the rest of the list will fill out.

Both Flayed Skull and Poisoned Tongue work best with Venoms, and looks like your plan is to go Raiders.

Poisoned Tongue works nicely with foot squads, where the Obsession and the Archon buff give you reroll 1s both to hit and to wound. Given you are starting with some of those, Poisoned Tongue could work, but the Raiders don't really benefit, so not really a great plan for your proposed escalation.

Flayed Skull would do nothing for the foot squads initially, and gives you faster Raiders, who ignore cover, but due to good AP, that generally wont make much difference. It is excellent for splinter weapons in mounted squads, but really suits Venoms, as the Venom weapons benefit too.

Obsidian Rose is a solid choice, as it would help the foot squads initially get their Blasters into range. Obsidian Rose doesn't lose anything with Raiders, and works best when you are maximising special weapons. If you plan to go maximum number of troops choices in Raiders, Obsidian Rose is probably the best bet.

Black Heart is a decent option too. With the Writ of the Living Muse relic you can get both rerolls on your foot units to start, and you will be a bit more resilient. If you plan to build toward Ravagers then an Archon with Writ can escort them and significantly buff their performance.

I would probably stick with Obsidian Rose, but consider Black Heart depending on where you are going after the next two Raiders are added.
