So if i use the poisoned tongue relocate stratagem on 3 transports, do the units inside relocate as well even if they are not poisoned tongue and are lets say wyches..?

I believe so... but I don't think it would work the other way around.

I believe it would yes. The passangers are off the board, and its the Transports that were deployed and are being relocated.

Absolutely. I'm pretty sure it says that in either the codex or BRB (possibly in the outflank rule area?)

Yep this seems true. Its a pretty good strat and worth going poison tongue for.
So, would that allow for a null deploy if you only had 3 poison tongue transports on the board (if this would be better as a question in a separate thread, please let me know and I will do that)?
