Thanks for the link! For me, the point of Vect is not to dissuade my opponent from using a strat but to mill their CP supply. The strat I generally don't want my opponent using is the 2CP interrupt. So I use Vect to try to get them down to 1 or 0 CP and they can't interrupt. I always target strats people will use anyway and just pay the extra CP.

Yes if they end up using another strat they still get good CP usage. I feel like forcing them to pay the extra is what you want to try to achieve.
