Well, to be honest,and I wouldnt call it nerf, but a slight point adjustment could be helpful in the meta.
Our Succubi are undercosted, regarding their sheer killing potential. Maybe they could just exchange points with haemis.
Would be fair, I think.
Then, there is the issue with the Dark Lance and the Dissi. Small issue, but noteable.
And maybe, just maybe, a slight, well, a very slight point increase for Incubi, Wyches and Trueborn is in order, too.
On the other hand, Venoms are a bit too costly, as are Grots.

But all in all, I think, we are good. Uh, or bad. Depends...

I can get behind this.

I'll happily take a nerf on the chin if, in exchange, we get our options back.

If you have a 3rd or 5th edition codex, open it and turn to the wargear section. Especially for Archons and Haemonculi.

Now look at the wargear options on their sheets in our current codex.

Also, while you've got the 5th edition book open, take a quick look at number of HQs it had. Now look at the number in our current book.

Well, up here in Sunny Canada, Hellions are finally back in stock. So I am a happy Archon (if such a thing exists).

I expect CA2022 will have quite a few nerfs for us in it. My crystal ball tells me that the nerfs will be a little heavy handed. And its 100% accurate, 50% of the time.
