I was thinking that as a community of people who actually play Dark Eldar, we would be able to create a fun, competitive, and balanced codex ... and I figured the best place to start would be the army-wide rules (Blade artists, and Power from Pain), then get into Kabal, Cult (combat drugs will be here), an Coven rules ( or if these even need to be split ) ... followed by warlord traits and then onto individual units and weapons. After that will be Stratagems, then new stuff that would be nice to see (new units and rules/weapons). Construct this up over the next couple months then compile it all in one document. We could use the "Like" button as a way to vote for what we want to see added. The stuff with the most likes on each topic will be added to the overall document, and stuff can be voted on until the document is started.
What do you all think? And should each piece be it's own topic thread?

I don't know if anything will come of it but it could definitely be a fun exercise.
In terms of how to do it, I'd suggest giving each topic (PfP, Blade Artists, Stratagems etc.) its own thread. I'd also have a central thread for compiling the rules for the actual book, based on the most popular ideas in each of the other threads.

A good place to put it. I agree it probably would be best to have a topic set up for each thing then one where everything is put together
