I'm not sure what PT is really doing for you in this list.
By my count, you have 13 Splinter Rifles (including the double one on the Venom), 3 Shardcarbines and 1 Splinter Cannon. That... doesn't seem like a lot. Especially given that your Archon, Ravager, Raiders (plus the Blasters and Dark Lances in your Warrior units) gain non benefit from it at all, I can't help but think you'd be better off with BH or OR.
Regardless, one other point of note is that your list is currently illegal as written - you need to include at least one unit of Wyches for it to be a Realspace Raiders detachment.

If you're playing poison tongue, I suggest you use more kabalites. 10-man kabs preferably. With poison 3+, a metallotoxin statagem is sometime worth it, but not on a 5-man kab unit.

Oh, so I do need to fix that and add a group of wyches. But am I wrong in thinking that PT adds to the wrack blades and electro corrosive whip? I figured it was all poisoned weapons, not just splinter rounds. With thaat, I was thinking it might make those wracks hit a bit harder in melee, while also giving a nice little shooting bonus

I'm afraid Poison Tongue only buffs <Kabal> units.

Gotcha, for some reason I was thinking that because the entire detachment was PT the wracks would be plausible, but I see now that the coven,kabal, coven tag is t interchangeable. Thanks for the help

IMO the main reason for PT is to use their redeploy stratagem on something spicy. Archon Skari was using it with some Voidraven Bombers for a while, but would also work for Raiders filled with Incubi/HQs.
Also, there is no reason not to split this into multiple patrols. Multiple Patrols would allow your Coven stuff to have a Coven trait, etc.
