1500 pt. ARMY with TALOS

Hi all! I'm new on this site so first thank you all for all the information I could find here even before registration.
I'm a dark angels player since I was a child, but now I find the dark eldar background more interesting than the imperial one, and the new dark eldar model very nice, so I'm thinking to start a DE army.
The play style of DE is totally different from marines' one, so I found very difficult to build a good list.
I love Lelith and Talos models (even if I know that they aren't exactly the best choice in the army) so I want them in my army!

I've made 2 list (very similar), please tell my which is better and give me some help!

I'm also thinking about the possibility to swap a wyches squad for a wraks one and a WWP for the talos.

The strategy will be to run very fast to the enemy with the raiders and the reavers (with the reavers squads surrounding the raider to hide them) and then try to kill first the heavy weapons that can damage the talos, so they can advance.
