I know it's not perfect, but it's my first 100% self done conversion.

Just need to varnish it, apply a few decals, blood effects, and add some "crystal" veins to the bones and he's done!

A good first conversion!

My main critique will be about the models flow... You have the cape going one way and the hair another. This hurts the overall aesthetic in terms of flow and dynamism. Otherwise, good job on the conversion!

I like him, great Baron conversion. I like the skull and spinal cord that hes holding -- reminds me of a fatality in Mortal Kombat :p

The conversion is really good. I agree with Massaen on the hair and the cape.
