I don't have much to comment because you did cover most in the tactical corner.

I do have some questions about the lists. Starting with Mike's:
What is the point in 3 Reaver Bikes with 1 Heatlance? I can't see it do much damage before dying. Sure DE give away KP easy but you shouldn't put a bow on it, right? I believe they need to be in reserves if not going first.

Another thing I don't get is the Chronos: it looks nice for the special rules but doesn't stand a chance in melee. As most of you list aims for melee, I don't think it should be in there.

For the Beast Pack I prefer a 2 to 1 ratio of Khymerae | Flocks because of so much S6+ weapons. I do understand you need enough dice to make the rending kick in.

I have always wondered what the Scourges bring to this list. Apart from being able to deep strike. In my experience they died way to easy for their cost and fail to do a lot of damage. I do understand they went up in efficiency since 6th.

I do see that you have put 5 scoring units in this list, 3 being maxed out. I think this is the major difference with Mike's list: he went a little overboard with the cool en shiny stuff. As I tend to do: first look at shiny and then try to squeeze in some troops.
