Dark Angels 1500 vs Dark Eldar 1550 (PE)

Brutal Game. I ended up with 3 guys and my archon and duke left.

MVP for you? What were the most effective elements of your list?
And from his list, what was the most difficult to deal with?

Congrats on managing to tie that up, well played. Loved the T1 rush.

In the end, archon + duke + grotesques were the MVP, even after flubbing that initial difficult movement. They took out his secondary librarian and last two vehicles.

After that it's probably just the warriors + splinter racks. Those just ate his tac squads alive.

I'm learning that Warriors w/ Splinter Racks are a serious contender, fragile as they are. It's crazy how much damage they can inflict, and your batrep shows it nicely. I managed to inflict similar amounts of casualties on my friend's DA, posted a batrep earlier today.
I'm thinking of trying a list closer to yours, mixing in coven units.
So far I've found watching games like yours are the best way to learn to play aside from actually playing. I'm learning lots about good and bad matchups of units, like when your Talos got rushed at the back, or how you got all up in his business.

This was probably one of my best games against him, but you should also check out the last game (1500 DA vs 1600 DE). It was a bloodbath and he gutted me, but I whittled him down because he couldn't finish the army off.

I did see that one as well, very useful in the guerrilla warfare know-how. I realize I've seen a lot of your batreps through various sources; totally recognize your voice!
