can we use her profile in the codex in normal games, or just the mission that she is supposed to be in?

The rules in the LotD codex are specific to that mission. Sadly.

2+ Poison, 7-9 atacks, Ignore All Saves....ouch...that would be terrible terrible damage.

I was afraid of that,

@Azdrubael yea that would do a ton of damage, it would make her worth the points imo because she can still be insta-gibbed by that one S6 shot that she fails to save
