Three Dragons Kabal Empty
PostSubject: Three Dragons Kabal   Three Dragons Kabal I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 08 2014, 10:28

The basic idea is that my army is made up of 3 different outcast armies; one green wych cult, one red haemonculus/incubus coven, and a yellow pirate kabal.

The Three Dragons
The Dark Eldar army known as "the three dragons" is one of the upstart forces of the new crystalline world of Cross-Blades. Cross-Blades is an ancient section of Commoragh that was long ago cut off from the rest of the city, the shimmering portal gates to it became black and any who entered were never seen again. For thousands of years these portals were abandoned, cursed and feared by all. There was nothing but a void surrounding them. It was not until the gates beamed again with a dim light that the pyring eyes of the Dark city became interested in Cross Blades again, and raids were directed into its gates. What they found was appalling. The whole section had became a crystalline nightmare.
Swarming with mandrakes and other dark creatures, the palaces and wych arenas of the past has been preserved in black glass. The new world was one that was half shadow and half material; and an extremely dangerous place for even the dark eldar.
The Three Dragons Kabal is made up of three armies, as the name implies. The dominant is "the yellow dragon", the exiled pirate lords of Drowzhar. Their leader is the flamboyant, delusional and lethal pirate Duke Maldruin. He is fond of shock rams and slave girls and he believes that he is the true leader of Commoragh, merely allowing Vect to rule while he hunts in the lower streets for sport. His army is one of miscreants and rebels, proud young sybarites who scared their master's with their wits, young eldar seeking the highest thrills and sport and runaway craftworlders who have delved into dark depravities than their kin would even want to know. They are truly the worst of pirates.
Their allies, the green dragon wych cult, are one of the older powers in the region. They are a well established drug-trading streetgang run by reavers and hellions, both of whom are more used to the street culture of Commoragh than most wych cults are. Their recruits are wild and brutal. Making combat drugs for Maldruin when at peace and slicing his enemies to pieces when at war, they are some of his most important allies (all the better they have no organized leadership; much easier to control for him)
The Red dragon is probably the strangest of the three. Part way coven of Mengele-ish doctors with their SS guardsmen and part religious cult with cold-blooded exeuctioners, they are the smallest of the three and yet still the most feared. Many rumor that they truly control the whole Kabal, although Maldruin would flay anyone who said that in his ear-range. Led by several Haemonculi who envision themselves as priests (and their victims as converts), their motives and goals are mysterous and no one truly knows for sure. The Incubi of the Bloodied Hand Shrine have taken a liking to them and spend almost all their time guarding them, while the mad priests work on their demented expirments.
Together they make the three dragons. Constantly plotting against each other, they have unified into a somehwat solid group. Their ragtag origins make other Archons underestimate them, which ends up being very dangerous.
