Brand-New Webway Portal

So I've read the codex very carefully since I bought it a few hour ago. As we all know, WWP now provides the non-scattering Deep Strike to bearer and his/her unit (+ vehicle).

And here's the thing. I cannot find any sentence mentioning like 'WWP is applied to only DE units' in the codex, especially saying, p108. Can anyone confirm this? If there is no such a limitation, we could find significant possibilities with our Craftworld kins.

P.S. I know some of you guys prefer pure DE army but I believe the discussion itself would be fun to consider

No mention or wording that would disalow you to deepstrike an allied squad as long as you are able to join an allied squad before deployment, cant think why not unless odd rules wording ...

It feels like you'r supposed to take elder with you anyway. I'm a bit dissapointed to the new codex. I wished you would see less eldar/dark eldar armies but after first few hours with the new one, I think the opposite will be true.
Currently I think the eldar will be happier about our new codex then we are..

I only brought Eldar for my anti-air needs before. Now that I can get razorwings in FA, I might not need to do that. I'd still like the autarch for reserve manipulation, but I can see me just grabbing a bunker or aegis with comms to control my reserves. Yes, there are lots of fun combos I can do with Eldar stuff, but I also see plenty of stuff I want to fit in from the DE and Covens books that I think I can cover all my needs with.

Even with ideas like deepstriking wraithguard, you could just use medusae instead. Firedragons tempt me, but with the new scourges it won't be much different than bringing a couple of those units down as I please and it will keep my hq from feeling wasted as a support for the eldar.
