First seventh edition 2k list, input requested

Hey guys, I've got a fun game with my buddies tomorrow night, this is the list I have at the moment, anxious to see what it's going to do... (I am using the Realspace Raiders Detachment)

I've been reading the new rules, salvo doesn't affect the venoms, yay, so I should have more than enough AT, AI, I'm a little light on reliable AA, here's hoping there's no Air to fight against... I'm either facing Space Wolves, Imperial Guard, or Tau (though the Tau player may switch to Eldar)

anyways, what are your thoughts and opinions?

Where to start.

Scourges either Heat Lances or Haywire. You save points.

Demiklaives are useless.

So are Dracons. And Dracons cannot have heat lances.

Is your ravager Dark Lance or Disintegrator?

Anyway after inputting recommendations, you have 80 pts to spare.

Two sets of (four) shatterfield missiles for your voidravens.

A very deadly clutch of eggs in one basket. The Drazhesperax deathstar will be quite the target priority.

Personally I'd drop Leli (lovely as she is), in favour of a Succubus w/ Glaive, Armor of Misery. This generic lady penetrates 2+ saves just as well with her glaive, more likely to wound, and you save a further 40 pts, and against Tau and IG, they take -2 penalty to their LD after resolving combat (which would be in -5 or -6 already, if not more). If you didn't buy the Shatterfields for the voidravens, take the 120 pts and bring Implosions for your voidravens. And drop it on ranks of Grey Hunters/Long Fangs.

Awesome input, I'm going to use most of this, modified list to come, now, should I drop the Dracon and hwg, in favor of a pain Trueborn with heat lance?

Trueborns can't get heat lances. They can only get Blasters.

Alternatively if you don't want missiles, but want more AT, grab another unit of Scourges.

Though Missiles would be great for reaching the backlines. The key is to blow it all in 1 turn and go flyer/tank hunting for the rest of its appearances.

Don't mix Ravager weaponry, seriously.

Just grab the Implosion Missiles. You have enough points, and it is AP 2. A nasty surprise for friends.

Drazhar is great personal, but for his price, you can take a Raider gunboat or another Trueborn. But I guess you want Drazhar and he murders a lot. Let him tank the overwatch.

I wouldn't mix ravager weaponry either. BUT if you're planning on moving them more than 12" i can now see why you might want to only upgrade 2 to lances.

Personally, I'm highly unlikely to take DL ravagers now, i only ever used to manage to hit with one of the lances anyway so triple dissie is the way I'm gonna go, lovely for taking on terminators.

DL Ravager has a place in any list. You just need Scourges to back it up.

I can drop the two dk lances in favor of implosion missiles on both voidravens, I'll give it a shot...
