How many artifacts of cruelty can be taken?

Page 109 of the codex states, "...one of of each of the following relics may be chosen per army."
This means I can take every one of the artifacts and place them on one Archon if I wanted to right?

Only if it says that an Archon can take then yes you can.

No no, it's stated in other threads by those more rules savvy than I that, just like space wolves, only one per.

My bad, they should really put that in both locations of the codex.

yeah i checked into this the other day since I tried to do it - you can take one of each in an army, but the artefact list on the wargear page specifies that a model can take one of the following.

Yeah, it's very clear at the start of the list. One of each Artefact. A model may take one.

Ah yes. Thanks, pg. 69 states only one model may take it.

It's a shame it says one per army, not one per detachment

I have the Covens book as part of the Archon edition. The Covens book has no limitation on the # of artifacts that can be taken per model from said book.
