How do Fast Attack transports work during deployment?

Subject: How do Fast Attack transports work during deployment? Sat Oct 18 2014, 20:48
So I've been trying to brainstorm tactics using units that normally cannot take our dedicated transports, such as mandrakes or allies. Can a unit such as mandrakes or wraiths start embarked on a Fast Attack transport? I can't find any rules stating transport rules for deployment, besides the stipulation that Dedicated transports can only start with the unit that bought it.

well fast slot can get any battle brother(thank 7th) unit aboard so from wychez to fire dragons anything is possible, so you can buy a raider for allied Howling Bansheez in paired tournament setup or just for your allied detachment CWE/Corsair without having to dedicate the 1st turn to embark on a transport hijaced from a splinterborn unit

That's what I thought. Is there a rule reference for that? All I've been able to track down is the Dedicated transport rules.
