| I just recently figured this out and since I have not seen it mentioned elsewhere I want to mention it here.
The Parasite's Kiss replaces either a melee or ranged weapon.
This opens up the possibility of giving any of our 3 HQs two pistols, and with the Gunslinger-rule, fire them both. I would see this most effective on the haemonculi, both because he isn't as melee-oriented as the others and he comes with two closecombat weapons, giving him still the opportunity to have a third weapon And he is BS5 which is still good and since the kiss is master-crafted, you don't need that much of a reroll to hit.
So yeah. I could see this somewhat useful with a WWP-haemonculi deepstriking, say, 20 kabalites or Splinter-scourges (either full shardcarbines or some cannons too). Buffs the unit and provides some firepower that is more accurate and effective (well, 50% of it is more effective) but short-ranged.
Thoughts and comments, or any rules that I missed are welcome (I thought about if you can only replace ranged weapons with ranged weapons from the Artefacts of Cruelty but found no mention or anything to support that)

| I don't think you even need Parasite's Kiss for a gunslinging Haemonculus, as he comes with a pistol and two close combat weapons. But you take both Parasite's Kiss and a Stinger Pistol.
The only drawback is that you can only use Parasite's Kiss if you aren't using your Haemonculus with the Covens supplement. Nevertheless, Tools of Torment replaces "ranged and/or melee weapon," so it seems like you can gunsling with a stinger pistol and a splinter pistol, and still have, say, a scissorhand.
I've been trying to figure out what the benefit of the haemonculus's extra close combat weapon was, and I can't believe I didn't think of this. (Well, no I can believe I didn't think of this. Not only did I clearly not think of it, but historically, I don't think of lots of things.)

| My only issue with it is the parasite's kiss is just underwhelming in comparison to other artefacts. I'd far rather take any of the other artefacts (possibly excepting the djinn blade) than it. As such, the only time I'd do it is if i only had five points to spare.
2 stinger pistols might be a decent alternative though, and wouldn't stop you from taking artefacts or diabolical playthings.

| The Parasite's Kiss doesn't do that much compared to the other artefacts, of course, but it is still as cheap as the stinger pistol (totally forgot about that gun... who needs a splinter pistol?) and does more. If you don't need any other artefacts on the haemmy, I don't see why not. But if you want The Animus Vitae or something else, or you have another character with the parasite's kiss, 2 stingers should work too. | |

| Mngwa, that sounds like fun but as most pistol only have AP5 it's more of a gimmick thing. But if you are WWP-ing in, you know for sure that you'll get to fire them at least once I'm personally a fan of tPK because it's so dead cheap but can have an actual impact on the game (with enough luck that is). | |

| Ya I like this. Now the liquifier is s3 and more expensive is less of an auto take for a cheap haemy hq. 75pt haemy with 2 guns is good value. (Obviously excluding mandatory wwp) | |

| With the Parasite's kiss, you basically got an auto-chance to hit (need snake-eyes not to) and an almost the same to wound. Almost the same with the stinger pistol. So really, you should have around 30% chance of taking out a marine with just one of those pistols. The range can be a problem but the WWP can fix it of course. And yeah, all this for just 100 points (with the WWP)! Well, he still buffs the squad and isn't just those two pistol shots, but if you are taking him as a carrier to any unit with a WWP or running them with a squad trying to assault (incubi in a venom/raider, wracks or wyches if you dare, grotesques in a raider...) you might as well since he can do something else than just stand around doing nothing and being a few extra attacks in CC. Also it is safer to tank damage since you can have a chance of regaining a wound. If your opponent is running guardsmen, you basically have a free wound to get every time by whipping out your pistol since it is indeed AP5 | |

| Guys I think we're missing the point.
Creepy flesh man wielding two pistols; super effective? Eh not the worst use of 5-10 points.
Creepy looking flesh man going all dark city cowboy on some punks who were "feeling lucky" (behind their 3+ armor); super effective? SOME WAY SOME HOW! lol

Almost the same to wound with the Parasite's Kiss as it is to hit with a Parasite's Kiss was my point, actually! ... And now I also want a cowboy-hat on my haemmy.
