Dark Elder take 2nd at 11th company GT

How is every one.

I just got back from the 11th company GT. I made it to the top table but lost to tyranids.
Now before you say "how u lose to tyranids" I'll fill you in.

Tyranids 1850
10 lictors
Death leader
2 hive flying tyrants
3 malwacs
3x 5 man genestelers
Fill with spore mines
Bastion and come relay

So yea.... .... This formation is ridiculous
Malaysia could D'S within 6 inches of liters without scator.

My list 1850
Urine
2x 4 grots (aby, scisorhand, raider)
Succubus (archite glave haywire animus vintai)
4x 5 mqn kablites (blaster, syrabite, haywire venom)
2× 5 man trueborn 4 blasters venom
2 dark lances ravengers

So yea I will post battle reps up latter in that section. But this will be my first post here to show everyone you can go very far with the dark elder codex.

I heard about this Lictor list and was interested in seeing this Dark Eldar list that came second to it. And here we are.

Interesting list and a benchmark for a list doing well in a competitive tournament.

Well quick run down of opponents
Rd 1 chaos daemons with 2 imperial knights
Rd 2 orks 3 war bosses pain boy and bigmek with dakajets
Rd 3 blood angles
Rd 4 chaos daemons flyer spam
Rd 5 3 knight 2 wraith knights
Rd 6 tyranids

Had lots of fun. Drank a bunch. 11 company had a decent turn out this year sadly lower than most years. Neil who runs the turny is a great guy who loves this game. I'm glad he runs this tournament. (He spends way too much on us)
Prize support is great and lots of it goes to raffle prizes based on losses.
There were lots of funky lists with not as many people playing big GT lists but still a had a majority of elder and space marines.
All in all I will be coming back next year and can't wait to see what shenanigans will win it all.
Any specific questions I can answer. Still formulating a recap of the games and what I could have done differently and what not.

Quick question, how could you deal with anti-air with your list?

I ignored it. As most you will see is a storm talon flyer.
Yes I used the formation with urine as the warlord. It's not half bad and +1 toughness comes in handy verses lots of lists. I was lucky to only see flying monstrous creatures but there were some lists with lots of flyers there. Just are not that great at objective games.
I forgot the format. The games had a choose your poison were you could score turn by turn or at the end of the game. Max of 9 points. And could pick your own secondaries from 6

Congrats on tournament results. It's refreshing to see Nids vs DE at the top table and not just Eldar vs Eldar or similar.
