former lurker, now arriving via a docked slave ship...

Hello to you, the artists of beautiful destruction and decadent savagery, I'm KnightSeerValkia and I'm pretty much a beginner to Warhammer and 40k in general. I currently have Skaven for Fantasy and will sometime very soon start my journey to 40K as well by forming my own Dark Eldar army.

I have played 40k once before, but this was over 8 years ago and was with Space Wolves (back when you could take normal wolves and iron thralls with the priests) and ended up giving them up/away since I got dicked around by some people who played in my city back then, as well as having no mates to play with. So over those years I have forgotten any and all rules with Warhammer lol.

Fast forward to about just before the Scourges were released, one of my best mates had been playing Warhammer and showing me her stuff (fantasy Daemons and Wood Elves) and also found out my boyfriend has tons of 40k and Fantasy he had just lying around. I end up going with both of them to the local GW one day when they wanted to paint some models and then I was hooked.

Currently only have the Codex but I have been reading it a lot, and have been lurking on here for a few weeks. My favourite things from Dark Eldar have to be the Scourges (fell in love with the models as soon as I saw them and they got me to play again), Lelith Hesperax (who doesn't love A League Apart, and my boyfriend hates her xD), Lady Malys just because she's one crazy b****, and probably the Cronos Parasite Engine because that thing is awesome.

I hope to meet most of you while on my time in the great city of Commorragh and keep up the great realspace raids =D
