Is there any way to get IWND for a Talos and/or Cronos?
(without resorting to allies/psychic powers)

Not through straight DE, nope. They don't get Power From Pain, and the only other way I'm aware of to get IWND in our army is the Panacea Perverted artefact, which only applies to the Haemy who takes it.
