Hi there,
as a basis for an army that's pretty decent. I would suggest a few things though.
Incubi - their ideal target range is very narrow, not too tough, heavily armoured and not in cover. Against better players finding that sort of target on the table will be difficult. Expect them to fail a lot until you get the hang of them.
Wracks - considering their primary purpose (combat) they're, underwhelming. If you want to use them by all means do, but don't expect them to kill much in a unit this size.
Kabalite Warriors - the staple of our army, I like 10 with no upgrades in a raider with dark lance and splinter racks, but there are plenty of other builds for them (5 with blaster in raider, 5 in venom with or without blaster etc)
Wyches - expect them to die. Don't expect them to kill much before they die.Only take them if you're doing so because they look awesome (which they do).
Reavers - don't let them get isolated - it's taken me a long time to get the hang of not blasting forwards as quickly as possible and getting hammered because they're the only unit in small arms range of my opponent.
Scourges - haywire scourges do not need to be close to their target. Ideal range for them is 23-23.5" so that they can all shoot, but aren't in double shot range of any troops inside a transport (unless it survives of course) and aren't too close to other enemy units. I also like heat lances on them, in which case they do need to be close. If you do this, a webway portal is a good idea so they don't scatter.
Succubus - best used for pounding on non-combat specialised troops - mine often minces her way through devastator squads etc.
Haemonculus - haven't used the basic one yet, only Urien Rakarth. He's a unit buffer though, pair him with the succubus to give her T4 against shooting.
