I've been working on making a 1500 point army list utilizing the Real Space Raiders detachment to create a MSU list of our workhorse units; Raiders and Venoms. The premise is to get as many lances and splinter shots on the board as possible while opting for 14-16 units total.

I chose to have the Warriors in Raiders as opposed to the Venoms because I want the Venoms to utilize their longer range from the Cannons and it makes more sense to me to have a Blaster with the Raider because both units (warriors and raider) would be positioned to look at vehicles on the board.
The Aethersails on the Raiders and HWG on the Archon because I had points leftover. I know I dont have Anti-Air but a Razorwing would be too expensive and bring my unit count below 14 and only two lances in the air I believe wont give me much of an advantage. I feel with this many units I can effectively ignore them and focus on the ground game. If a flyer hovers, well then I got plenty of shots I can pour into it anyways.
