Ive gone for a well rounded army that can tackle my brothers 5 infantry units, his unit of jetbikes, his destroyer unit, his Doom Scythe and Doom Barge and Ghost Ark. Its necrons, so I am likely to lose anyway but I think I can get him with this well rounded lot.

10 Scourges with 4 HWB would be 200 pts, not 120

You are quite heavy on upgrades?

Yeah, so is my brothers army. We are roughly equivalent in size and raw points. He is the only person I will be playing and I want the army to look good. Besides, upgrades cost no real money, while models do.
