Is there a list out there that lists what colors specific covens use?

Im doing the Last Hatred as my main dark eldar force but I do run quiet a bit of coven creations aswell. Now back to my question, is there a list of what colors the covens use or are they to beyond cosmetic things as painted armor to care?

No, none that I have heard of. Of course, if you are painting them as Prophets of Flesh, I suppose they should have a theme similar to Urien Rakarth's.

Ok thanks I ddint think there was a list. Now i need to find some flavor text for them to see whos theme clicks with The Last Hatreds most. It shouldnt be to hard since if I didnt know they were a kabal I would of guessed they were a coven since they have an obbsession with necromancy and binding peoples souls to their bodys for eternal torture.

If necromancy is your theme, I suggest you use black, grey and bone for your colours. Or rotten greeny-flesh colours.

I'm currently painting a Last Hatred force myself and I reasoned that since they are one of the oldest Kabal's, they would have enough influence to keep hold of whatever Coven resource's are assigned to them for a long time.

With that in mind, I painted what little armour they have the same as my Kabalites (to tie them in with the rest of my force) and the cloth in Adeptus battlegrey with a couple of Badab black washes to darken it down. The main difference between my Coven troops and the Kabalites is their flesh tones.

I made the Coven troops look a lot paler then the rest of my force and gave their skin a slight purple hue. It really helps them to stand out from the Kabalites but at the same time, ties them in with the force as a whole.

Haha yeah I didnt intentionally pick them at first. I have a thing for painting my evil armies purple and black so I had already started painting them before I even looked at the white dwarf that had the kabals listed. The Last Hatred was the first one on the page and I read the flavor text for them and was like "oooh I like these guys" and they also happened to be purple so it was a score all around. Ive started to paint my coven stuff purple and black aswell since about an hour of searching on google for coven colors turned up nothing. Im going to stick the Hex transfers on my talos and chronos thou since they were the only coven with the nads to go in and take care of the glass plague.

I actually think that Covens mark their forces with painted/branded marks, rather than specific heraldy.

I would go with generic Flesh Black Green Metal + 1-2 "laquers" that match with Your Kabal forces.
