Sybarite with HWG or Blaster?

Alright so usually I need warriors to have some kind of AT to take out transports and other vehicles that are need that one last shot in order to get wrecked. For this I usually either take a blaster or a Sybarite with HWG. I'm a bit torn on which one is better though.

The Sybarite with Haywire gives your unit a leadership and CC buff, while having the ability to strip a hullpoint reliably. The blaster on the other hand has the ability to instantly take out a vehicle.

They are the same amount of points, which one would you prefer?

I prefer the blaster. Better range, and more useful if you're shooting at infantry.

Better you have it, but don't need it. Five dudes can kill a tank in one round that way.
