There re plenty of real world materials that grow and/or self repair. Doesn't make them alive

Here is mine. I love to use it, but didn't tried new D-sword yet. Always bring this guy for tourneys but awoid in fun games. Newer was disappointed in the WK and new stomp attacks made screamerstars in seweral games just cry.

I look at that thing and think the body is out of proportion with the legs. But then I have to remind myself that it's made by a Haemonculus and looking creepy for them is more important than being anatomically correct. And the ting does indeed look creepy....

As for the tubes, I tried them, but then changed my mind. It seems be better without them.
And as for the anatomical form, you are right, the creature of Haemunculus should be creepy.
