Ya I'm curious as well. Are you planning on using DE to make the flawless host and take some pages from Fulgrim maybe? That could be a real sweet theme actually. If so consider doing fulgrim post apotheosis.

I used CSM with my DE a few times, used basic troops to hold backfield obj (extra T and armour helps alot I found) used a helturkey to roast marines. I always struggle to find a solid build for HQs though.

I don't think they really set a boundary on what they are other than fanatical followers of slaanesh, which pfp could represent along with haemies as maybe disciples of fabius bile and so on.

You definitely need a HQ for your Chaos Detachment (assuming its an Allied Detachment).
