| I wouldn't waste points on the Arena Champion. Plus you have to take Cluster Caltrops on the Reavers, I would take that over the Blaster.
Other then that it should do pretty good.

| Well if I were to build an anti-marine list, I would deffo put some Medusae and Incubi in. I prefer Heat Lances to Blasters on Reavers too. Maybe some Agonisers here and there? Grots, Talos, Cronos? AP3/AP2 stuff and Splinter fire for units in cover. Depends on your plan and if you face Skyhammer/Drop Pods or Rhino Rush or LR Rush. | |

| The arena champ is totally worth it. 10 pts to buy a rerollable shot on strategic is pure gold. | |

| Arena Champ is the only Char ... he's only there to give a Warlord trait, allow me to reroll it and to stay alive. Hence, no Caltops and a Blaster instead. Pop, shoot, hide. Run 48" if I fancy it. Medusae are too expensive at 1500 points imo. The rest of the stuff mentioned is a waste of time. Shots mean prizes | |

| Looks solid, though the lack of (character) HQs makes me sad.
Do you find Night Shields a useful investment? | |

| Sure. Buckets of poison shots work too. :-) I am just not comfortable with spammy lists - not meant badly, to each their own. :-) As for medusae - they mostly pay more than their points for me. | |

| The only thing I take Night Shields on, are the Raiders for a Grotesquerie or for Blasterborn. Expensive units make a 15 point upgrade far more bearable. The raider is only there to enable these units to get into range, so why not make them more durable? | |

| Consider Medusa, even at 1500. They are marine unit erasers. 3 with archon and wwp in venom. Drop down and kill unit of devastators for example | |
