Looks alright to me. I would suggest breaking those reavers into 3x6 though. Bigger units bring no real benefit outside of more ablatives for the caltrops, but some definite downside.

I would suggest equipping a shadow field on your archon, the 2+ save is really handy but I guarantee you'll get moans and whinges from space marine players, every time.
