Background tab character limit

I was trying to post in the background tab and it would not let me post as there was a 255 character limit, barley letting me get out three sentences, I checked some of the other recent posts in the subcategory and they are often well over a thousand characters, so I'm reporting this in-case this isn't intentional
This doesn't seem to effect other tabs however

Hmm, that's strange. Are you talking about the background forum? Forumotion, which TDC is run on, can sometimes hae temperamental quirks like that. Luckily they tend to be sorted out fairly quickly
