1850 TAC tourney list

Ok guys I'm looking for hard criticism and advice. I'm playing a 16 person tournament with one primary, one allied and one formation allowed. Allied cannot be the same faction
As primary and the mission are modified eternal war with tertiary points available so not as good as maelstrom but better than eternal war. I want to go pure DE and know there will be supers (Knights, WK's). There are just about every army playing with multiple imperial and necron. I know eldar autarch, dragons and scat bikes would help but I'm staying away. I have 5 points to spare but have just about all units so am open to switching (3 talos/cronos, incubi, mandrakes ect). Also if you have any advice on tactics against certain armies I would appreciate
