Hellions Upgrades

Hey guys,

Im new to this forum, picked up my first box of Dark Eldar yesterday. I'm somewhat new to 40k and I was hoping you guys could help me with a rule clarification.

I was thinking of upgrading to the Stunclaw, and Im wondering, Does the STR +1 and AP 6 apply to all attacks? (2 base + 1 for 2 CCW), or do you roll 1 attack at STR +1 AP6 and the rest of the attacks are regular?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if this is a noob question Also, any recommendation for hellion upgrades before I start assembling them?

Its a Melee weapon, so if you use it it applies to ALL of that Hellion model's attacks.
Remember however that the Hellglaive is a two handed weapon. You would not be able to use both the Hellgalive and the Stunclaw at the same time.

Doesn't the one replace t'other?

I stand corrected.
The Helliarch replaces their Hellglaive with a Stun Claw (and Splinter Pistol).
