Yeah he can be your Warlord, (which can be pretty good) sure. This will make the Dark Artistan your primary detachment, and give you that sweet re roll of 1's for FNP on his two pain engines.
Asides from this, you lack an HQ choice for your regular Dark Eldar force.
The Dark Eldar force needs to be your choice of either Realspace Raiders detachment or Combined Arms Detachment, or Kabalite Raiding Party, (but we don't speak about that last one much..
)
Basically, either:
- A set up for the RSR, which is 1 HQ, 2 Troops and 1 Fast Attack minimum, with tonnes of fast attack slots options and a cover save for everything during night fighting or the first turn. You would need this if you kept 3 units of reavers and the scourge unit.
- The regular "Force Org" equivalent of previous editions of 1 HQ and 2 Troops minimum. This option gives Objec Secured, which is really, really good though. (Objec Secured units count as holding an objective regardless of enemies contesting it, unless the enemies are also Objec Secured)
You can also put 2 of your reaver units together for 6 man squad (popular in 7th), and you're ok with 3 FA choices for either of these detachments.
You'd need to pick an HQ either way, and I'd recommend a Succubus with an Archite Glaive and Haywire nades.
She's able to travel with one squad of Grotesques, while the Haemonculus from the Grotequerie travels with the other. Succubi with this load out complement the Grotesques really well, and they in turn look after her squishy frame from shooting etc.
[EDIT] As for Army list nitpicking and feedback,
Grotesquerie and Dark Artisan is an awesome combo. If they can get in range of spirit probe turn 2, they'll be even more robust. The Dark Artisan itself can hit a little harder - I like a heat lance on the Talos as it doesn't scatter and will be close enough to eat a tank or heavy infantry model.
These two formations will do the heavy lifting, and your Dark Eldar need to support them with vehicle busting, taking objectives and long ranged splinter shots.
To this end, I'd drop a blaster from one Kabalite unit to afford Haywire blasters instead of regular blasters on your Scourges. They're more reliable as support for your Dark Lance fire when they bring haywire blasters.
The Kabalite Warriors with their venoms will do plenty of work. Sometimes they don't make good use of their blasters, depending on your meta. Usually worth the 15 pts just for the flexibility.
I think you need to find points for your Dark Eldar HQ by cutting the Liquifier gun, the Chain flails, and either your regular Talos, or some reavers and Kabalite blasters.
