| I dig it. Although I think the Scourge points could be utilized elsewhere. Bikes put off so many s6 shots that they can glance out av11 reliably. Chances are the hornets, fire dragons, and possibly the bikes are wrecking 4-6 vehicles a turn. Everyone raves about HWB and thats because they do a good job against vehicles, but i have totally moved away from them because they are too one dimensional. Either way you cut it this list is taking things down that's a lot of great shooting. But i think that the scourges will, in the long run, not make as much points back as you would want. Here's something to consider. Those scourges WILL die, that's basically 240 points you can expect to lose. However you can drop both of those units, add a bike to each of the scatt units and add a warlock in each. Also you can put your autarch on a bike and stick it with one of the units. I assume the Autarch is going with the fire dragons. He's probably going to give up HWL which can lose you the game. So instead of 8 haywire shots that have about a 50/50 chance of doing something get turned into two stronger units of scatt bikes which will win you games and now you have a way of protecting them. Not only that those 4 man units will wreck rhinos and AV12 now (so many shots) at a threat bubble of effectively 55" (12 move + 35"range + 7" assault jump away). Now just find a way to give the Autarch Shard of Anaris and you've basically done all that you can in preventing a HWL kill. (which is very powerful) It's a very nice list no matter how you cut it. Take out a ravager and put in a VSG | |

| I dig the new list. Looks fun, efficient and not super cheesed out.
Love that you have disinigrators on your ravagers. They are underrated.
If you have lots of Grav or drop armies in your meta I would consider a VSG if you are able to make one.
I didn't realise how great they are until I started using one. Tthe VSG has rarely disappointed me. | |
