Corsairs list for small 1000pts tourney

So i'm new to 40k but have played WHFB for 10 years and could use some help and advice on my Corsair army list that i have put together for a small tourney among friends that i will be attending to. It will be on 1000 points and i will be facing Space Wolves, Dark Eldar, Tau and Orks. As to what type of units they will be using i have no clue.

Like, You have 1 too many troop choices.

You can have 1 hq, 1-3 troops, 0-2 fast , 0-2 elite and 0-1 Heavy per coterie, and you must have 1-4 coteries, and a command coterie of 1 Hq, 0-1 elite and 0-1 LoW.

If you go CAD, You can't have the Titan Breakers bonus.

Yeah you're right i totally missed that one. Will take steps to correct that but if we disregard that does the rest of the list look fine and balanced? Is it viable to have 3 naked Cloud Dancers and a Prince as a sort of counter assault unit?
And additionally are there some things i should consider changing regarding the opponents that i face?

The thing that goes on this forum is that Clouddancers should avoid CC. Otherwise, I like your list.

Alright well is then then viable to have the prince with the cloud dancers then or will he just sit around and be redundant with them since he is more CC based? I'm just not sure where else i could put him and i managed to put together a really sweet converted Prince on a jetbike so i would like to use him there if possible.

Take 3 Felarchs w venom blades and dissonance cannons onthe cloud dancers, even if that's the whole unit, if you want a cc corsair bike unit.

That does sound pretty solid, i'll try that unit out. Thanks for the tip ^^
