It's a good list, insofar as lists without objective secured are concerned. It will kill plenty of things, and generally has good list synergy, but without objective secured, you're going to get outscored in many matches against opponents who DO have lots of obsec troops.
I'd reorganize this list into the following:
Major changes highlighted
as so.
Eldar Combined Arms Detachment:HQ
Farseer - (Singing Spear) 105
Autarch - Fusion Gun - 80

10 Guardians - (

90 120Transport1 Wave Serpent - TL Scatter Lasers 115Fast Attack
1 Vyper -
2 Shuriken Cannons,
1 Scatter Lasers -
60 50Heavy Support
3 Falcons - 3 Shuriken Cannons, 3 Scatter Lasers, 3 Pulse Lasers - 405
1 War Walker - 2 Scatter Lasers - 60
3 D-Cannon - 165
Aspect Host:5 Fire Dragons - Exarch - 120
5 Fire Dragons - Exarch - 120
5 Fire Dragons - Exarch - 120
Total: 1815
That leaves you 45 points to mess around with options. It's basically the exact same list minus 1 wave serpent, with obsec on all 3 guardian squads and both wave serpents.
Best tip I can give you regarding the Craftworld Warhost Detachment: Unless you're using some combination of units that you can't get using CADs, or heavily relying on the abilities of sub-formations within the warhost, the CAD is always better. Obsec is too powerful to ignore, plus it let's you reroll your warlord trait.
Good luck, and I hope I've helped!
