I recently played a 1k game against a Dark Angels Ravenwing comprised of nothing but Black Knights and the supporting formation of land speeders that provide overwatch.

Any tips on how to deal with a stubborn, mobile force similar to our own? I'll be facing the DA again soon.

My 1k was a Dark Artisan formation and a Hero's Path with an unbound venom. I knew going into the game I would lack mobility but, I did not count on all of my negative leadership modifiers being worthless.

Yeah, Ld shenanigans are pretty useless against Space Marines, and unfortunately Ravenwing can bring all the Plasma, making the Dark Artisans a bit vulnerable.

The best thing I found when dealing with this is to try to spilt their forces as much as possible, but at the same time trying to keep your units strong and tough enough to withstand a plasma assault.
Honestly, the best thing I could do in thend was use a Fortification (for me, it was the Bastion) to secure a single unit while everything else Deep Striked.

I actually had good luck against his plasma weapons as he opted to jink to gain the reroll in most of my shooting phases. The Dark Artisan still felt reasonably survivable all things considered. It's more the lack of damage output outside of that unit I felt during the last match.

Stubborn only applies to Pinning and Morale tests. It has no bearing on Psychic Shriek, Dominate, Hallucinations, or Death is Not Enough. It also has no effect on Fear or Soulfright, although ATSKNF does.

Psychic Shriek tears bikes to pieces. So does massed poison fire. Reaver bikes are good options to catch skimmers in melee, where their Jink becomes worthless.

The wording on Death is Not Enough seems to indicate that is treated as a morale test as if 25% casualties were taken.

My understanding is that the negative values were to the leadership ability score, not the test. That should circumvent Stubborn. IE, timing issue.

The negative is on the attribute, so it works. Stubborn says to take an unmodified test.

My two cents and curious how it actually works...

My apologies- yes, they take the test unmodified. But they still take regardless, and still flee in a direction of your choice.

Also, Mirror of Minds and Laugh of Sorrows. Also a bunch of the new Slaanesh nastiness.

But basically, Shriek wrecks bikes.

Can confirm. All flavors of bikes too! Necron destroyers are kind of a pain though unless you can get enough bubbles on them.
